What's included
- A complete English translation as a PDF, including seals, handwritten notes, headers and footers; anything illegible is marked
- A translator certification with the translator's signature, name, date and contact information, stating the translation is complete and accurate and the translator is competent to translate Chinese into English (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3))

FAQ
Do notarial certificates from a Chinese notary office need translating?
Usually not. Notarial certificates of birth, marriage or no criminal record from a Chinese notary office already include an English translation and a certificate of conformity, and can go straight to USCIS or the consulate. What needs translating are documents without an official English version, such as hukou booklets, diplomas, medical records and court judgments.
Does the translation need to be notarized?
No. USCIS and the consulates require a translator certification, not notarization.
Are my files safe?
Files are kept in encrypted private storage that only you and the translator can access. Originals and translations are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery, and you can delete them yourself at any time.
How long does it take?
2–3 business days after payment; rush orders within 24 hours on business days.
Can I get a refund?
If we have not delivered yet, contact us for a full refund. After delivery there are no refunds, but corrections are free.
